「HAPA」(ハパ)とはハワイ語で「ミックス」、「ブレンド」の意。ハワイから地元湯沢に戻った七代目が「アロハスピリッツを秋田に」との想いからブランド名を考案。

思いやり、調和、心地良さ、謙虚さ、忍耐のハワイ哲学が食を通して、人々の心身の健康をもたらす事をテーマに開発した商品。

秋田のあきたこまち一等精白米と玄米を食べやすい配合でブレンド。健康に良い玄米を毎日少しずつでも体内に取り入れるため、白米と同じオペレーションで炊飯が可能。

白米と同じ感覚で簡単に炊けるとともに、風味を白米に近づけることで、「匂いが苦手」という理由で玄米を敬遠していた消費者への新たな需要開拓も期待。

炊飯時、水を少しだけ多めに炊いてお召し上がりください。
